Security and data handling

FolioMitra's reporting beta is designed around RTA mailback files rather than asking for CAMS or KFintech portal passwords. Do not share portal credentials with FolioMitra.

Beta participants may provide report files needed for guided setup, import health, factual reporting, brokerage reconciliation, and branded exports. Access is intended to be limited to the participant's workspace, but tenant-isolation, retention, backup/restore, export, and offboarding-purge controls remain launch work and are not represented here as completed assurances.

To report a suspected security issue or data-handling concern, use security@foliomitra.com. Please include only the minimum information needed to describe the issue.
